There is no staffed reception at CamperBase, as the site is based on self-service.
You can check in between 12:00 - 22:00 and check out before 11:00.
If you have any questions or need help during your stay - you can contact us by phone.
Service
To refill fresh water, access to the water must be purchased through the app.
After that, you enter the code, and the taps for fresh water and rinsing water will be activated.
Hot water in the shower and kitchen is included in the price.
Electricity can be purchased additionally.
CamperBase Portal
Through our portal, you can easily access all information about your booking at CamperBase.
Go to: portal.camperbase.dk
In the portal you can, among other things:
• View your current and previous bookings
• Access our CamperBase App
• Add extra products to your booking
• Keep track of arrival and departure times
• Receive important information about your stay
To log in, simply enter your email address. You will then receive a code by email, which is used to access the portal.
The portal makes it easy and convenient to keep track of your entire stay – before, during, and after your visit to CamperBase.
